Last night a woman was walking around the shelter (what does she do? I don’t know? she isn’t a cleaner or the adoption rep?). She TOOK my paper towel out of my HAND and wiped water off the side of a cage, explaining the cat would lick it. First off, it’s water. Also, like I somehow do not know how to wipe the water away from a cage when my sole purpose of being there is to spray the cages and wipe the water away (side note: I am also a trainer for cleaners!). Then, she proceeds to insist to everyone, including me, that I gave her the kitten she was holding. Like I would lie about giving someone a kitten. Because there is so much you can gain from a lie like that. Just handing out kittens left and right!

Nothing is more hilarious than pulling a fast one on somebody so they don’t know which cage a kitten goes in! PUNK’D!

I feel like this story is much better than the one I was going to write about how I found an empty bottle of grocery store rose in my apartment with baby flies swirling inside. That is just GROSS!
